It’s that time of year to vacation! DON’T WORRY, that doesn’t mean you have to take a vacation from working out.
If you have gone on vacation before and did not workout while you were gone, you probably know what I am talking about when I say how difficult that first workout is after being gone. Why put your body through that?
Instead, continue working out while your gone. I know, I know, but your on vacation. I am not saying take 1-2 hours out of your vacation to do this crazy long workout, but just do something! Get up, and start your day with a quick 15-30 minute workout. Don’t try to do it during the middle of the day, because let’s be real… it’s probably not going to happen. Do it first thing when you wake up. This will set you up for a successful day and doesn’t take time away from vacation!
