2019 Healthy Lifestyle Challenge



Our 2019 Healthy Lifestyle Challenge is open to everyone, both members and non-members.


This is a specially designed 6-week challenge built to help you achieve your individualized goals. You will work with our expert team to craft the most beneficial and attainable goals for YOU and will work towards those goals every day during the 6-week challenge.


There will be three free info sessions to learn more about the challenge if you are interested.

Sunday, December 16th 2pm, Monday, December 17th 5pm, Monday, December 17th 6pm

The challenge will begin Monday, January 7th and conclude on Sunday, February 17th.

Full Details

This is a six-week challenge geared towards members and non-members to kick off their 2019 living a healthy lifestyle. The challenge will be goal oriented. Individuals will sit down with our nutrition coach to establish a goal to reach at the conclusion of the six weeks. Depending on the individual the goal will be weight based and/or performance based (can have up to two goals). Current members of CrossFit926 will have the opportunity to bet money on them reaching their goal while non-members will have the opportunity for a 10 percent discount on their first month’s membership after the challenge is over.

The challenge will begin January 7th and run through February 17th. The deadline to sign up is December 31st. We will hold a challenge seminar Sunday, December 16th at 2:00pm, and Monday, December 17th, at 5:00pm and 6:00pm where our nutrition coach will go over all of the details on the challenge for interested members. Individual assessments will begin January 1st to January 4th.

There will be a challenge celebration at the completion of the challenge!

“The Bet” Details

Members will have the chance to make a bet on their success in the challenge. Participants will bet $0 to $25 on themselves reaching their goal established during the initial assessment. If they reach their goal and complete all requirements by the end of the challenge then they will get what they bet back in their next months membership. If they do not complete the requirements or hit their goal then they will have to pay the amount they bet.

Non-members will receive 10 percent off their first month’s membership if they complete all requirements and reach their goal.
