What is 926 Spark?
926 Spark is a functional fitness program designed to reach desired fitness levels while utilizing basic functional movements.
This program highlights the importance of proper movement patterns even when executing the most basic of functional movements all the while pushing the limits of each and every participant.
This program is designed for any and all fitness levels while avoiding heavy barbell and gymnastic movements that are potent in most CrossFit workouts.
Who is Spark intended for?
Spark is for anyone and everyone, no previous exercise history is needed.
All you need to do is show up and take the first step!
Spark is a 45 minute group class that will be held three days per week (M/W/F) indefinitely. Class times will be 6:00 AM, 12:00 PM and 6:30 PM.
