Ever since I can remember, I have been involved in sports and athletics in some manner. I've always loved the thrill of competition and HATED to lose. That mentality was carried over into CrossFit when I discovered "The Sport of Fitness" back in 2015. Ever since then, my life has never been the same.

CrossFit has taught me that there is no limit to what you can achieve, if you just don't quit. I wan't to instill this mentality into anyone and everyone that walks through our doors and assist them on their journey to become the very best version of themselves that they can be.

- Accomplishments: Sectionals Individual Qualifier 2010. Atlantic Regional Individual Qualifier 2009, 2011, 2012, 2014, 2018. Atlantic Regional Team Qualifier 2015. CrossFit Games Affiliate Cup 2010 (17th Place). Atlantic Regional Affiliate Cup 2010 (2nd Place).

Working out has always been a huge passion of mine and quite frankly, it was my favorite part about playing sports. I loved being in the weight room with a group of guys pushing ourselves beyond measures, with one goal in mind; to get stronger than you were when you walked in. Crossfit is the perfect program for anyone, no matter where you are in your journey of Health and Wellness. At CrossFit 926, we will meet you where you are and get you to where you want to be!

I have always had a passion for health and fitness. I consumed myself with sports growing up and later went on to play for the East Carolina women’s soccer team. The thrill of competing and being a part of a team was addicting. After graduating, I missed that feeling and started my career at Athletic Lab Sport Performance Center, where I was introduced to CrossFit.

Since then, CrossFit has sharpened my athletic abilities beyond what I thought I was capable of doing. What was more gratifying than challenging myself, was coaching others to improve their overall fitness. Teaching people sustainable methods to help them achieve their goals and helping them live a happy and healthy lifestyle is my passion. The best part about CrossFit is that it’s not just about the workout, but the community and becoming the best version of yourself possible.

I am excited to be a part of the CrossFit926 family.
