45 Minute group class that utilizes functional movements with no barbell and little gymnastics movements.
Child Care is available for 6:30 PM classes only.

Whether you are a CrossFit Pro, Marathon Runner, Triathlete, or just want to improve your overall enduranc engine, this class is for you!
This class is targeted towards running, rowing and biking and is offered once a week on Thursday’s at 6:30 PM.

CrossFit 926’s version of the CrossFit Foundations class.
This class is one week in duration (total of three classes) and is formatted to teach our new athletes how to execute movements correctly and safely. Once the Roots Program has been completed, the athlete will transition into CrossFit group classes.

Need someone to watch the kiddos while mom and dad knock out their workout? No problem, we have child care available daily for our 9:30AM, 5:30PM and 6:30PM CrossFit classes as well as the 6:30 PM Spark classes.
