Fall Means Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice..... Including Your Immune System

This means pumpkin everything, football games, fire pits, s'mores, hiking, annnnd weather changes. Unfortunately, this also means cold and flu season. BUT, fortunately we have some tips to get ahead of the game! Instead of waiting around for "flu season" to get here, you can prepare your body starting NOW. There are many things you can do that will help keep you healthy and going this fall.

Here are some tips that are easy to implement:

  1. Drink water (preferably around half your bodyweight in ounces)
  2. Keep to a regular sleep schedule and try your best to get 8 hours of sleep (at least 7). I know it can be tough but this is the time your body recovers and heals itself. If you are not allowing your body the time it needs to heal then you are asking to get sick.
  3. Take your vitamins! There are 3 key vitamins that help support the immune system. These include: Zinc, Vitamin D, and Vitamin C. All three are known for supporting immune function. You can find out even more detail by following the link here

Interested in the Immune Bundle provided in the link above? Shoot an email and let her know.

Let's dominate this "cold season".

Heres to a happy and healthy fall and winter!
